Silver Law Group is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE: HYLN). Investors in Hyliion Holdings are advised to contact attorney Scott Silver at ssilver@silverlaw.com if they believe they have suffered losses or have questions about the company.

A recent report from Pelican Way Research alleges that Hyliion Holdings (HYLN) is highly overvalued and raises serious questions about the company’s credibility. The report is especially critical of Hyliion’s $133 million letter of intent with VFG Holdings, a newly formed entity with limited background and only four employees. Following the report’s publication, Hyliion shares fell as much as 17.9% in a single trading session.

The report details that the company is burning cash without revenue from commercialization of its technologies. Calling Hyliion “A Glorified Science Project”, Pelican Way discusses how the company pursues commercialization of its as-yet-untested technology and never brings it to market.

Previously focused on EV trucks, Hyliion is now focusing on AI Data Center technology. The authors believe that the recently signed Letter of Intent with VFG Holdings is for Hyliion to raise additional cash before burning through its existing cash in about 18 months.
