Silver Law Group has filed a $700 million class action lawsuit against executives of the Prestige Funds and Paramount Management Group, alleging a massive Ponzi scheme that defrauded investors nationwide. The case, filed in August 2025 in federal court, claims that thousands of investors were misled into believing their money was funding ATM operations when in fact it was used to cover shortfalls and enrich insiders.
